Data deletion
You can request the removal of your account and the personal data attached to it at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason.
How to request deletion
- Email the support address from the same email registered on the account.
- Use the subject line: Data deletion.
- Tell us the username or the account email. Never send a password or card details.
- We confirm receipt and complete the removal within 30 calendar days.
From your panel
If you signed in with Google, Facebook or Telegram, unlinking the app on those services stops further sign-ins but does not erase what is already stored here. Use the request below to have it deleted.
What is deleted
- Account name, email, phone number and avatar
- Social login links to Google, Facebook and Telegram
- Verification codes and session records
- Referral code and referral history
- Access records tied to your account
What is kept, and why
Tax and payment records for confirmed purchases are retained for the period required by law and by the payment providers, even after the account is deleted. Signed commercial contracts follow the retention period stated in the contract itself. These records are limited to that legal obligation and are never used for contact or marketing.
